Una clamorosa bocciatura. È quella arrivata ieri dalla Conferenza delle Regioni (a maggioranza del centro-destra) della legge delega del governo sulla riforma del Servizio sanitario nazionale.
“Ci saremo aspettati un coinvolgimento differente e preventivo, non ex post, su un provvedimento che per i contenuti e i temi trattati non avrebbe meritato un percorso legislativo d’urgenza”, ha tuonato ieri Massimo Fabi, Coordinatore Commissione Salute Conferenza delle Regioni, durante l’audizione in Senato sul ddl “Riorganizzazione e potenziamento assistenza sanitaria”.
“Per questo, nella prossima riunione della Conferenza delle Regioni chiederemo al Governo il ritiro del ddl delega e l’apertura di un confronto con le Regioni nel segno della leale collaborazione”, ha aggiunto Fabi, ribadendo l’importanza di questa Riorganizzazione, che, per esempio, riguarda i medici di famiglia.
Per le Regioni è a rischio il Sistema sanitario nazionale
Pesantissime le parole utilizzate da Fabi, per i quale il provvedimento “mina le fondamenta dell’organicità del Ssn e lede la competenza legislativa concorrente delle Regioni in sanità”. “Produrremo un documento scritto con cui la Conferenza delle Regioni chiederà il ritiro del disegno di legge e chiarirà tutte le criticità di questa riforma”, ha concluso Fabi, “da parte delle Regioni c’è la disponibilità a collaborare per l’innovazione del sistema di cura, purché si adotti un metodo di collaborazione”.
M5s: “Scavalcato e svilito il Parlamento”
“È inequivocabile e colossale la bocciatura che la Conferenza delle Regioni ha pronunciato sulla legge delega del governo”, affondano i parlamentari 5S delle Commissioni Affari Sociali di Camera e Senato, “parole forti che condividiamo completamente, dal momento che anche il Parlamento è stato completamente scavalcato e, come di consueto, svilito”.
“Anche nel merito non possiamo che trovarci d’accordo con le Regioni”, aggiungono i pentastellati, “più volte abbiamo denunciato la deriva cui questo governo sta condannando la Sanità pubblica, che da questa riforma uscirebbe ulteriormente indebolita, forse in maniera definitiva. “The rejection pronounced by the Conference of Regions on the government’s delegation law is unequivocal and colossal,” plunge the 5S parliamentarians of the Social Affairs Committees of the Chamber and Senate, “strong words that we completely share, as the Parliament was completely overscored and, as usual, undermined.”
“We also agree with the Regions on the merits,” added the Five Star Movement parliamentarians, “on several occasions we have denounced the drift to which this government is condemning public health, which would emerge from this reform even further weakened, perhaps definitively.
