Well, yesterday's thunderstorm and gusty outflows did a number on part of my HF antenna, so repairs happening (or even an upgrade?) this weekend. Happily, no VHF problems, so I'll be on both of our local traffic net sessions to help move #FieldDay traffic tonight. #HamRadio #nts #radiograms

#RadioGrams are SUPER fun. The idea is that there is a giant network of radio operators who specialize in passing messages using RF as the vehicle and making the last-mile connection over the phone.

I send these to my friends on their birthdays, just like the olden days.

At #hamsci I was reminiscing with other #hamradio operators about getting #radiograms from “random” #hams who noticed that you upgraded or just got licensed. I want that for our learners! Who do I need to talk with to make this happen?
