The more I read about #Quakers , the more I realize that I've essentially been a #ProgressiveQuaker for most of my life.

My coworkers are covering my Sunday shifts for the next couple of weeks so I can visit a local #QuakerMeeting (now let's hope my #KidneyStone will also allow me to attend!) for a semi-programmed meeting.

Time in the garden, drawn by the mahonia aquifolium (or is it a berberis? there seems to be some confusion between the two) which forms part of the roadside hedge - totally covered in typical spring time yellow.

A few minutes there, seems a good way of transitioning from the silence of the #QuakerMeeting, back into the world.
