I used to go ride my #MobilityScooter to the park by river & practice playing #ukelele to my wild bird audience. I've chosen to stay single & #EnjoyLife without being in a romantic relationship. I've spent much of my adult life in relationships. It's time for just me, now ❤🙌❤

#Memories from my time in competitive #paraequestrian #sports . I did mainly #dressage & pole bending races. Occasionally, Western barrel racing too. These two photos are from training camp (North Saanich) & #BCGames competition(Powell River). Riding Angel, a pure white Quarter/Arabian mix. I rode a big Haflinger, before switching to Angel.

I tried out #adaptive #snowboarding too but preferred 4 track skiing. It's too difficult with my fixed leg bracing gear to balance myself well on a snowboard. I still had lots of fun trying (and mostly bailing 🤣)! I've been involved in #disability #sports for just over 2 decades. I'm a very #active #disabled gal.
I did paraequestrian competitions up to national levels but had to exit when training got too expensive. Have several past medals in my memory boxes ❤ #PowerToBe #DisabledSports

I tested out a #TrailRider for the #VictoriaBC #PowerToBe #adaptive recreation & outdoor educational program 2 yrs ago. It's really solid & we made it up to Little Mount Doug with it 😊 These are photos from the group trial day in #Saanich at #MtDougPark ✌
