It is my favorite morning routine, working with sourdough brings always unexpected results;-)
Today I baked white loaf with rye sourdough, rye sourdough crisp and some poppyseed rolls, which will be delicious addition to our breakfast offers.

Milled from Mulika and Paragon wheats with a protein content of 13%. Redbournbury Organic 85% Wholemeal Flour is quite different from most wholemeal flours available.
