Not the prettiest photo but I made Christmas cake which will still have time to be fed a few times before Christmas🤪
I used a couple of Panettone cases to ensure it didn't get burnt with the long baking time (the outer one will be reused),
I like to add some Italian Blood Orange Extract which makes the whole house smell divine 😋

Italian Blood Orange Extract
Essential Oil of Italian blood oranges is made only from high quality Italian blood oranges and contains no bulking agents, and so is much stronger than even the best supermarket versions. Blood orange is a little sweeter and floral than oranges. Available in 100mL glass bottles or 1L plastic bottles for commercial bakers. Baking expert, Dan Lepard, says, "Excellent used to flavour a simple sugar glaze on blood orange tarts, rich caramels, and butterscotch."
