This is what happens when #Christians allow their #faith to be shaped and co-opted by this-worldly ideology and #politicization. The fact that TBN (a Christian TV station, known for promoting #conservative Christian #values and teachings) would permit Kid Rock (a man whose lyrics and persona revel in debauchery) to be aired on their platform reveals the moral decay, biblical illiteracy, and submission to this world that is too prevalent in contemporary Christianity.

This is especially ludicrous considering that this is being billed as an alternative to Bad Bunny's half-time show (another artist known for lewd lyrics).

I have a better idea, just turn off the TV's and stay completely away from them this weekend. Pick up a good book instead. Or go outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. But for the love of God, don't feed yourself this garbage being offered as a "Christian" alternative.

With all the firings in the #USMilitary when #Trump came in, and the chaotic policy changes and attempts to railroad members of marginalized groups out, and now the issues with the straight white males he and #Hegseth rushed to replace them with, and are now firing, I wonder how badly #US #Military readiness will be compromised by all this over the next decade and beyond. We could still be dealing with the loss of talent and sudden promotion of officers who weren't competent for the roles in generations to come.

And that matters, because the US Military does a LOT of stuff, from disaster response to stationings in allied countries to effectively being an economic program with all the people it employs.

This unprecedented #Politicization of military policy is going to hurt the country, long term. I know it's incompetence on the part of the #fascist movement, but I can't help but think this was a plan of their foreign backers.

Companies may face market distortions, conflicts of interest, and politicization of commercial decisions - stifling competition and slowing progress. Federal agencies can only acquire equity stakes in private companies when explicitly authorized by specific legislation. Legislation can be changed/removed after initially being approved.

Companies might get embroiled with scrutiny under antitrust laws or other regulatory regimes designed to prevent unfair competitive practices.
