DON'T LET ELON MUSK UPEND CANADA'S FEDERAL ELECTION Elon Musk couldn't have made his Nazi sympathies clearer. At Trump's inauguration, he stood on the podium and gave not one but two Nazi salutes. In the aftermath of this shocking disrespect, a whole whack of media commentators and groups like the Anti-Defamation League jumped into the fray to reassure people that Elon didn't really mean it. Apparently, he is just being "awkward." But Musk, not to be misunderstood, spelled out his Nazi sympathies as clear as day. He released a tweet invoking some of the most evil mass murderers in history – Himmler, Goring, Goebbels. There was a time when someone making jokes about the Holocaust and the mass killers who carried it out would have been denounced as a political and social pariah. But this is 2025, and Elon has the ear of the president. He also controls one of the most powerful media platforms in the world. And he has shown a reckless willingness to exploit control over this platform. Musk's online presence promotes a relentless rage bucket of hate against immigrants and refugees. His interference in the politics of other countries is becoming increasingly concerning.
