i want to get a new graphics card that will be good for numerous years to come but i don't know what kind would be the best deal in terms of quality versus price

my current graphics card is a radeon rx 480 which has served me well but it is about eight years old

does anyone have any recommendations for something that i could order online and have shipped to my home in the u.s. for getting the static out of clothing when using or after having used a clothes dryer ?

i don't want to use dryer sheets because they ruin my clothing and one hundred percent wool balls haven't worked for me so please recommend something different than either of those
