It is super important to set small goals when writing a novel and not push past them. Trying to write 10k a day is a fun experiment, but not sustainable in the long term. If you want a career you need to be able to set small goals and keep them small.
If you find you make the same mistakes repeatedly (forgetting to intro characters, leaving out descriptions in action scenes, make all the paragraphs a uniform length, ect)... put that on your Editing List and stop stressing it! You can fix that in edits.

How long does it take to edit a novel (100-400 pages)?
First Editing Pass: 1-2 months
Crit Partner Edit: 2-8 weeks
Dev Edit with editor or agent: 3-6 weeks
2nd Pass: 2-12 weeks
Line Edits: 1-3 weeks

Think about what your bad guy is doing, plan that out, and then you know what your hero is reacting to. Until the hero has an idea of what’s going on and makes their own plan, the villain controls the plot.
The protagonist is the most important person to the reader.
The villain is the most important person to the author. Your antagonist has to be strong or your hero never can be.

I literally have a numbered list of projects and on the days I don't wake up with a scene in my head I let the random number generator pick for me.
