I'm using Pagebound, and I do love it. However, I'm really not a fan of when I mark a book as "currently reading", I have to manually enter how many pages the book has in total.
Goodreads and StoryGraph has this data right out of the gate. Why is it that Pagebound doesn't have it?
Maybe I'm just making better choices in how I spend time on the Internet, but it really feels like a more human experience is starting to shape up.
I'm finding little personal blogs about nothing, really. The Fediverse is just a bunch of wonderful weirdos. I found a little space to actually talk about books and not just review them for data mining.
Maybe we really can claw this whole thing back.

So I am really liking PageBound so far, as a Goodreads alternative. The community is nice, and it has lots of fun features. Plus it's an indie, women-led, no-AI platform.
