I broke my #reading streak in March on a day that had board games from breakfast until after midnight. All good! I tend to find long streaks scary rather than motivating.

I’m being annoyed that I forgot about my e-library loan of The Astral Library and now I can’t get it back until August so I’ll be trying to find a print copy to read as I was enjoying it.

I finished 9 books in March 2026. Still enjoying and making progress on the #Spellmonger and #DungeonCrawlerCarl series. Both have a lot of books, and they're on the longer side. My roomie is also listening to the Spellmonger books and had spoiled a few minor things for me when they were ahead. I have now passed them by roughly two books, to my estimation. 🎉

My #nonfiction book this month was James Nestor's Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, which I listened to sped up. It was fascinating and kind of blew my mind a little bit. I highly recommend it, especially for anyone suffering from sleep apnea and/or crooked teeth. (CW: medical procedures, animal testing, and a passing mention of cannibalism.)

I read more in March than I thought I had, but of course 2 were graphic novels. I remember.

However the sheer amount I’ve read on AO3 that month is bonkers, so I’m not feeling too bad 😂

My reading in March according to #Storygraph

I haven't watched ANY #cDrama #kDrama or #jDrama so far this year, mostly because I've been so busy with stuff that taxed me mentally that my leisure time has been spent #Reading instead. I don't share my #Storygraph wrap-ups every month but March's reading highlights deserve sharing
Romance is a genre widely mocked and disparaged, with both readers and authors often contemned. The author of 2 of the books in this image is a GP, and not afraid to use her knowledge in her works.
It's that time again! March's Storygraph reading wrapup. 8 books marked finished, a bunch ongoing. Close to finishing Nicholas Nickleby now. Been taking my time with it, since it is a book written to be read slowly/serially, not torn through.

Writing celebration post for my High-Sci-Fantasy/Attempted comedy story🎉

After making Part One of the Last Philosopher available as an ebook a while back, I recently realised I should probably add it to Storygraph 🤔

I know it's not a big deal, but it feels big to me 😊

The Histories by Herodotus

Translated by Aubrey de S lincourt with an introduction and Notes by John M. Marincola. For more ...

Author name "L" - March 30, 2026 - I really enjoy magic based fantasy novels and this one hit all the right notes for me. Humans and monsters living together, magic hiding in plain sight, an impossible heist, and a bit of spiciness. Chef's kiss.
