1-week sprints were making #PETALS feel busy, not satisfying. Lots of motion, no real progress.

So we’re changing it up.

2-week sprints. Clear swimlanes. Fewer calls.

I’m focusing on the business and story.
The devs are building without distraction.
Marketing happens when it feels right energy, not obliged.

We’re also properly dogfooding PETALS now. If it doesn’t work for us, it doesn’t work.

Healthy ways of working matter, even on fun side projects.
