Successful playtest of Protocol Autumn Dirge.

New villager (Asher the Shepherd) moved in and illegally occupied the mortician’s hut. After several villagers who had been seen with him turned up dead, the town finally demanded justice.

Balthazar the bailiff tied him to the bell, Pike the goblin smashed his head with a mace, the tower collapsed killing both of them, leaving only Basil the Beggar and Selah the Hunger Artist.

Selah became the new Black Monk.

The Black Monk Protocol I helped playtest, Feast of Sorrows, is now released. It’s a dark weird fantasy story game, but Black Monk translated to Protocol very well. jim keeps improving the way he puts Protocols together, this one is now one of my favorites.
