Players make their characters from any PbtA game they want. But they only have access to basic moves from their game.

New upgrade all playbooks can get: learn a friend’s basic move. This may add a new stat to your playbook, unless you already have one that’s close enough.

Been slowly reading Stonetop. It’s kind of fascinating. I think it’s the first PbtA game I’ve read that’s so very integrated to a specific setting.

I know there are a few others that are built on franchises (Root, Avatar), but Stonetop you are in a specific village. There’s a whole second book about the setting. The village has its own sheet and moves.

It’s really quite interesting.

Aktuell spiele ich wieder BioShock 1 und
Ich merke, dass ich auf der PS5 nur noch 2–3 aktuelle AAA-Neuerscheinungen spiele. Der Rest ist bei mir fast nur noch Indie, Remakes oder ältere Titel. Fühlt sich entspannter an und macht mir deutlich mehr Spaß.
Indie Perlen wie Under the Waves haben mich damals echt geflasht – genau diese Atmosphäre und erzählerische Tiefe suche ich gerade wieder.
Habt ihr gute Spiele-Tipps in die Richtung?

Gotham Knights heute abgeschlossen. Kein Hit wie die Arkham-Trilogie, aber insgesamt ganz solide, solange man es nicht ständig mit den Originalen vergleicht.

Jetzt geht’s weiter mit der BioShock-Trilogie. Perfekte Zeit für dichte Atmosphäre, starke Story und langsames Eintauchen. Genau die Art von Spielen, für die man sich bewusst Zeit nimmt.
Rapture, ich bin bereit.
