I was very #NotVegan last night, enjoying a huge plate of kabob koobideh (ground beef kabob).
Today, I stuck with mostly #PlantBased, having only a couple dishes including egg: a little bit of "kuku" (very herby loaf-like, fritter-like Persian dish) which included egg as a binder, and a few slices of yummy lentil bread, which had a similar amount of the same, for a similar purpose.
