Happy New Year everyone. I added small-caps to Dorothy Norma https://drj11.itch.io/norma-font

This is the first of a few projects where i move work over from my Advent of Type to more official releases.

I kerned all the small-caps, including smallcaps followed by Capitals, so "words" like YellowJacket kern correctly (the best example i could think of that might demonstrate this slightly futile kerning).
