【零廢棄城市，人家做了什麼事？ —— 日本橫濱（續）】
聯合國秘書長零廢棄諮詢委員會（UN Secretary-General’s Advisory Board on Zero Waste）選出了全球20個積極邁向「零廢棄」的城市，其中之一便是日本的橫濱，我們來看看人家做了哪些事？
日本一家大型飲料生產公司三得利（Suntory）與橫濱市政府、橫濱在地回收商合作，在橫濱港未來21（Minato Mirai 21）區建置了一套瓶到瓶（Bottle-To-Bottle）的PET寶特瓶回收模式。這個橫濱的回收模式跟傳統回收處理模式最大的不同是：可回收物的生產商（三得利）⭐不用付⭐回收清除處理費。
