😍 Neuer Job – und mein Herz voll Freude!

Seit dem 1. Juni bin ich Referentin für Strategie und Geschäftsentwicklung bei lernlog und es fühlt sich an wie der perfekte nächste Schritt für mich!

Was mich erwartet? Ein fröhliches, kompetentes, offenes Team, wunderschöne Räume am Rhein – und spannende Aufgaben, die mich motivieren. Die ersten Wochen vergingen wie im Flug, besonders wegen der „Community Days“: ein alle zwei Jahre stattfindendes Event mit "unseren" Lehrkräften und Kooperationspartner*innen. Sprung ins kalte Wasser? Ja. Perfekte Gelegenheit, um Team, Tool, Community und Spirit kennenzulernen? Total!

#lernlog ist kein „just another Bildungs-Tool“. Hier geht es um die Wurzel des Lernens:

➡️ Schüler*innen erleben Selbstwirksamkeit und üben Metakognition.
➡️ Lehrkräfte bekommen ein Tool, das ihnen hilft, Schüler*innen individuell zu begleiten und Einheitsgruppenunterricht abzuschaffen.

Radikal? Sag ich doch! Notwendig? Absolut!

👾 lernlog wird von einer Bonner Softwarefirma entwickelt und stetig verbessert. KI spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle. Wir diskutieren intensiv, wo und wie sie sinnvoll integriert werden kann.

🎯 Meine Mission: Die Zahl der Schulen, die lernlog nutzen, weiter steigern: durch Akquisestrategien, Produktentwicklung, Prozessoptimierung, Community-Building und Netzwerkarbeit. Ich bin bereit und freue mich auf die Herausforderung!
