NAVY GROGU

¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz pineapple juice
¼ oz SC Mai Tai syrup
a few drops of blue curaçao
¼ oz allspice dram
¼ oz falernum
1 oz overproof Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶
1 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc ❼

Garnish: lime wedge, maraschino cherry
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, open pour, and top with more ice. Spear two cherries for the eyes, and use two lime wedges as your garnish so it looks as if the Force is strong with this one.

May the 4th be with you! I saw this one years ago from servedbysoberon on IG and finally got around to making it on the right day ;) A riff on the tiki classic, the Navy Grog. But Star Wars!

Join us as we explore the seafaring origins of grog, its time as an after dinner drink, and its evolution to a Tiki drink. And if that isn’t enough for you, it was named after a cloak. The recipe for Navy Grog is: 1 oz Demerara Rum 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum 3/4 oz lime juice 1/2 oz grapefruit juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/4 oz Allspice Dram We all found this drink to...
