1 Dash Bitters
1 Part Egg White
1⅔ Parts Jameson
⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
⅔ Parts Maple Syrup
Dry shake ingredients. Shake on ice and strain.
Nutmeg sprinkled on top

Meg at Best Intentions whipped up our #Sazeracs where we learned that they do no like to let the wash absinthe go to waste, so they put it as a shot beside your drink. Best bar ever!
