Today's piggie is Wellington-based NZFirst list MP and former Wellington mayor Andy Foster. He's claiming a taxpayer subsidy of $36,400 every year for a home he's owned since 2,000. He hasn't reported any mortgage on the property.
With a mortgage-free property, Foster is struggling on an MP's salary of only $181,200 per year.

In NZFirst terms, this is likely the 'best and brightest' they can come up with because their gene pool is pretty shallow and filled with cookers. If you're not unhinged, you're not on the team.

With National sagging in the polls and haemorrhaging voters to NZFirst, the scrap between Luxon and Peters consumes a lot of oxygen.
Former National Minister Chris Finlayson doesn't believe Luxon's coalition will make it as far as November. He calls NZ First "an excrescence." I looked it up -- it's warts and pimples.
