Interesting, I have determined a spot (with bicycle lanes) that really could use separated lanes and really good lighting in my town; I don't normally go there in evening hours but there is a HUGE amount of local, economically driven bicycle and scooter traffic there (between people living in apartments and the grocery store and Walmart neighborhood store) and lots of issues with cars ignoring those pedestrians and bicyclists. Unfortunately, probably the folks who don't have the time or money to go ask for that stuff. #BikeInfrastructure #MultimodalTransportation #BikeTooter

it’s #bus vs #bike this morning from island bay to #TePapa - i’m on the bus, partner has the kids on the back of the bike.

after leaving the bus stop simultaneously, i’ve passed him once and he’s passed me once. my money’s on him & the kids.

he’ll take the shopping home from the #HarborsideMarket on the bike and i’ll bring the kids back on the bus.
