Starting today, the Swiss Post sells a special stamp to commemorate the granting of the patent for the toilet cleaner with the special duck design 45 years ago to Swiss inventor Walter Düring-Orlob.
And yes, it smells like the citrus version of the cleaner.

I finished rereading Making Money by Terry Pratchett. Enjoyed it. It’s not as good as Going Postal. But the latter is a masterpiece. On to rereading Raising Steam the final Moist von Lipwig Discworld book next.
I’m really enjoying my current reread of Making Money by Terry Pratchett.
Moist von Lipwig is a fantastic character creation. My favourite Discworld character, followed by Vetinari. Both are prominent in this book. 😊
Finished reading Terry Pratchett’s Making Money. Lots of fun, especially the bits with Mr Fusspot’s new toy… but Going Postal was a hard act to follow, and Making Money is “merely” very good, not top tier Discworld. But merely very good Pratchett is still preferable to the absolute best of most writers!
Now to decide what to start tomorrow…

My latest sewing project! When the idea to dress up for #discworldday gets _completely_ out of hand. Meet Moist von Lipwig, proper Victorian lady! All in all, this project was by far the largest I've ever done and I'm super pleased with the end result.

@vicorva
ah, yes, that's true :) I guess I meant the last in the #MoistVonLipwig / #TheWatch series.
I have yet to read his #TiffanyAching series.
I got kinda stuck on one of the Witches books, and as a result kinda got out of reading regularly.
Reading tends to be something I do periodically in spurts, rather than continuously.
I'm sure I'll feel the urge again soon now that days are growing shorter very quickly again...
Time turned the evil bastards into rogues, and rogue was a word with a twinkle in its eye and nothing to be ashamed of.»
