Book 15. Going Postal by Terry Pratchett.

Back on the pratchett. This book feels very timely because it's all about an invention (the clacks) being run into the ground by profit-seeking vultures who kicked out the engineers and don't understand their technology.

In this world, Vetinari can just deploy con man Moist von Lipwig to solve the problem by rejuvenating the post-office. In ours, we need more action.

My next pratchett will probably be Making Money
