Luca Palamara conferma di voler chiedere il rientro in magistratura una volta ottenuta la revoca del patteggiamento per traffico d’influenze, già chiesta al Tribunale di Perugia – ottenendo il parere favorevole della Procura – sulla base della legge Nordio che ha svuotato il reato. “Confermo che è mia intenzione, avendo definito o in percorso di definire tutte le vicende penali, di ritornare a quello che era il mio posto”, dice l’ex pm a margine di un evento a Napoli.
