An album by AarDHD Released 2026-03-06 This is 'Flow State', reimagined. The original 'Flow State' was a ten-minute ambient piece designed for calm, relaxed alertness. This is the other side of that coin: an eight-minute, 174 BPM Liquid Drum & Bass remix built for energetic, deep work. The core of the AarDHD project has always been to create functional music that helps with focus, particularly for those of us with noisy heads. While the original track used ambient textures, the 'Vivid Flow Remix' uses a propulsive rhythm to achieve the same goal. The track is engineered around the same 11Hz Alpha wave binaural frequency as the original. This is designed to guide the brain towards a state of focus. Important: To experience the full brainwave entrainment effect of the binaural beats, listening on headphones is essential, but the music should help you even without.

AarDHD - Flow State (Vivid Flow Remix) - a Liquid DnB rework of my ambient focus music track - is complete and ready for release.
I'm excited to say it's releasing ("dropping" for those that insist on that language) on Friday, 6th March.
