This is the other side of that coin: an eight-minute, 174 BPM Liquid Drum & Bass remix built for energetic, deep work. The core of the AarDHD project has always been to create functional music that helps with focus, particularly for those of us with noisy heads. While the original track used ambient textures, the 'Vivid Flow Remix' uses a propulsive rhythm to achieve the same goal. The track is engineered around the same 11Hz Alpha wave binaural frequency as the original. This is designed to guide the brain towards a state of focus.
