Track 2 from my AarDHD project is almost finished. Here's a video of me listening to it on four different speakers, because that's how music production works, and I'm going with it.

As a first-time submitter a few weeks ago, I recommend submitting your music to @etherdiver's OPM blog. I got some fantastic feedback on my #AarDHD tune from its readers.
I've also been reading the blog posts and picked up some decent tunes to listen to and to play on my radio show.
The selection is so eclectic and wide-ranging that it won't all be to your taste, but isn't that part of the joy of checking out new music? Experience it all and then decide what floats your boat.

This is the other side of the coin: 174 BPM Liquid DnB for energetic, deep work. Same idea - functional music for noisy heads - different method.
It's built around an 11Hz binaural beat to help with focus. Headphones are essential for the effect.
