Took a Korean cooking class with Seoul Cooking Club this morning. Made 3 types of Jeon (savory pancakes), gimbap, bibimbap, bulgogi, & japchae. All were so delicious - and my gimbap actually stayed together!

You are so right! I made tteokbokki (떡볶이) for lunch.
Since starting kDdramas, I've also made gochujang fried rice, samgyetang, a spicy radish side, a spicy cucumber side, ramen, & bulgogi - loved them all! I also buy kimchi regularly now.
Let us know how the seogogi goes!
Trying musaengchae (무생채) for the 1st time. The taste test was delicious.
