I grew up on a small dairy farm. I buy my milk from a very small local farm, and I know the difference. I buy milk that is Pasturized but not homogenized. But Iβm learning many folks donβt know the difference. Do You?
IMHO, it's best to be respectful of any living being you eat -- whether plant or animal or insect. Life feeds on life, but #BigAg, #Monoculture and #BigMeat take us away from our food sources.
