Nuovi raid di Israele in Libano 
Intanto le Forze di difesa israeliane (Idf) hanno emesso avvisi di evacuazione urgente per nove villaggi nel Libano meridionale, poco prima di dare il via a nuovi raid aerei. Gli abitanti di Jibshit, Habboush, Ebba, Ad-Doueir, Harouf, Deir ez-Zahrani, Kafrjoz, Adshit al-Shaqif e Qaaqaaiyet El Jisr sono stati invitati ad allontanarsi di almeno un chilometro dalle proprie abitazioni.

"Le attività di Hezbollah stanno costringendo le Idf ad agire, poiché non hanno alcuna intenzione di nuocervi", ha dichiarato il portavoce dell'esercito israeliano in lingua araba, il colonnello Avichay Adraee, riferendosi a "una violazione dell'accordo di cessate il fuoco da parte del gruppo terroristico". In un post su X, Adraee ha scritto, come di consueto, che "chiunque si trovi vicino a elementi di Hezbollah, alle loro strutture e ai loro mezzi di combattimento espone la propria vita al pericolo".
Villaggi bombardati nella notte
Durante la notte, sono stati lanciati razzi dal Libano verso la città di confine israeliana di Kiryat Shmona. A seguito dell'ordine di evacuazione, sono giunte notizie di raid in alcuni villaggi del sud del Libano, tra cui Adaisseh e Deir Mimass. The Lebanese-based Al-Mayadeen broadcaster, linked to Hezbollah, cited a well-informed diplomatic source, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The United States is pressing for new negotiations between Lebanon and Israel.

The same source said the U.S. embassy in Lebanon is putting pressure on the meeting to take place.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have issued urgent evacuation warnings for nine villages in southern Lebanon, just before launching new air raids. Residents of Jibshit, Habboush, Ebba, Ad-Doueir, Harouf, Deir ez-Zahrani, Kafrjoz, Adshit al-Shaqif and Qaaqaaiyet El Jisr were asked to move at least one kilometer from their homes.

Statements from the Israeli Military

“Hezbollah’s activities are forcing the IDF to act, as they have no intention of harming you,” said the Israeli military’s Arabic-speaking spokesman, Colonel Avichay Adraee, referring to “a violation of the ceasefire agreement by the terrorist group.” In a post on X, Adraee wrote, as is customary, that “anyone who is located near Hezbollah elements, their facilities and their fighting tools exposes their life to danger.”

Villages Bombed Overnight

During the night, rockets were launched from Lebanon towards the Israeli border town of Kiryat Shmona. Following the evacuation order, reports emerged of raids on several villages in southern Lebanon, including Adaisseh and Deir Mimass. According to sources, the raid on the Deir Mimass village was carried out with a drone.

Casualty Toll

According to the latest figures from the Lebanese Ministry of Health, 13 people have died in the latest IDF raids in the south of the country. In Habboush, the ministry’s updated figures indicate eight fatalities, including a child and two women, and 21 injuries. Further attacks in Zrariyeh caused four deaths, including two women, and four injuries.
