Kinsa had a great #thermometer.

You'd take your temp, the readings went to your phone, and you could opt to send it to #Kinsa. Kinsa could then find infections & illness hotspots, and share that info.

This was REALLY useful over the last 4-5 years. During the start of the pandemic, Kinsa couldn't keep up with the demand for their thermometers.

Sometime during the last year, the company collapsed? Failed? Who knows. The guy running it posted something vague on #LinkedIn. One of their

Does anyone who uses a Kinsa thermometer, get an email Friday, stating that they're going to stop their HealthWeather website service, as well as their Local Illness Alerts?

I haven't seen anything to confirm this for news or searches.

There isn't any information given, on why this is happening. Or if they'll stop accumulating thermometer readings.
