I've just noticed that #JohnnyMercer MP's libel case against the #BBC is scrubbed from #Google results under the EU "right to be forgotten" legislation.

Even though that shouldn't apply to him, as he's a public, political, figure, who was voluntarily on national TV, and he discussed this issue on #HIGNFY in front of millions.

This scrubbing has removed any trace of reporting if his case was dismissed!
