Just made my Dad his favorite green lime Jell-O salad. Lime Jell-O, pineapple, cream cheese, and half& half. It may sound like a weird combination, but somehow it kinda works. It was a regular at many meals that my grandmother made because my dad loved it.
Yeah, it looks like a million bucks, I know, but it’s a strangely good combination.
