i think squat record is more like 699 for 100 kilo men's 60-64 tested - that sounds more reasonable

In the US Men's Masters 60-64 age class, the current squat record is 232.5 kg (512.6 lbs), set by Robert Rood on November 17, 2001.
i need to pivot to more pro work or manufacture and ship systems/tech consulting mostly for smb, vps hardening, vpns, opnsense, debian, malcolm. I am a bit mired in due diligence stage but working my way through bit by bit.
i don't blame work for being stressful, that is an inherent part of any job on some level, i am taking 4 weeks though
another lite day which is fortunate since i am still sort of recovering but vacation next week so that is major, by the end of vacation i will be glad to get back to the routine and some side jobs
