Inklusion und digitale Bildung von Menschen mit Behinderung

2009 trat die UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention in Deutschland in Kraft, die in Artikel 24 die Inklusion von behinderten Menschen in die Bildung vorsieht. Neben der digitalen Bildung ist die Inklusion somit eine zentrale Herausforderung im deutschen Bildungssystem. Es gibt viele Beispiele dafür, das sich durch die Digitalisierung gerade Chancen für die soziale Teilhabe behinderter Menschen ergeben. Hier sind Beispiele aus der Praxis genannt und rechtliche Grundlagen.
