Call for play4agile 2026 Facilitators

Transformation doesn't stop. Neither do we. play4agile 2026: From Friction to Flow (September 10–13) is looking for Open Space Facilitators who want to help create the conditions for something real to happen. Not just a smooth event, but a space where people can actually move: from stuck to flowing, from isolated to connected, from friction to flow. If you love bringing people together, facilitating genuine co-creation, and making Open Space come alive, this is your invitation. We are looking for facilitators who have not facilitated at play4agile 2025. 🔍 Who are we looking for? ✨ Experienced and emerging Open Space Facilitators who embody the play4agile spirit. ✨ Enthusiastic co-creators who love crafting safe, engaging, and playful spaces. ✨ Facilitators for one of the three Open Space days, teaming up as a dynamic duo: one experienced Open Space facilitator paired with someone who knows Open Space well but hasn't facilitated it at p4a yet. A genuine learning experience in both directions. (Just fyi: Facilitation on Sunday is a half-day of Open Space plus the retrospective before the official closing.) ✨ Folks with experience and expertise to facilitate the pre-event on Thursday afternoon. Our criteria for the pre-event emphasise a light, interactive onboarding format that bridges firsties and oldies, highlights co-design and creativity, and teaches co-creation or gamification skills in an accessible way, with plenty of room for spontaneous participation.
