The spectrum idea is interesting, differing from the Spectrum from #IAP2 #InternationalAssociationForPublicParticipation in terms of promises to the public. Yours seems to address mode of engagement (if I interpret correctly). #Dialogue interests me, and #deliberation is what I've worked with the most, especially among those whose voices have not been heard by more powerful people/entitites.
