@Mateusz na reedit burza bo firma z UK od było nie było produktów weganskich została kupiona przez korpo mleczarskie z USA. Do tego dziwna historia ze niedawno maile przypominające o przedłużeniu subskrybcji nie były wysyłane.

Waking up to the news that #vegan brand #Huel is being bought out by the pro-dairy mega corp, #Danone. So, this is the end of my subscriptions and I'm formally requesting they delete my account. I refuse to support anything Danone related until they stop funneling cash to prop up the #dairy industry.

Huel vient d'être racheté par Danone.

Pour un client qui choisissait Huel justement pour éviter les grandes multinationales agroalimentaires, c'est une mauvaise nouvelle. Le bilan de Danone (pollution plastique, affaire LU, allégations trompeuses) est difficilement compatible avec l'image de marque de Huel.

Dommage.

Trying something new; Huel for breakfast. Going to forgo my usual cereal and see how this feels. Will I feel grim in a few hours? Who knows! Time to roll that die!

I really like a lot of the #Huel Black flavours, but just had #Huel Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour for the first time - wow - it's absolutely next level! 400 cal and the carbs are okay-ish.

Ever since they got bought out by a party drink company, #soylent doesn't seem very interested in selling soylent powder. So I decided to try #huel. It's way too sweet (vanilla flavor; there is an unsweetened/unflavored option) with a lingering aftertaste. It's also disgustingly chunky. No amount of shaking gets rid of lumps. I can try a food processor, but that's more cleanup than I'd want long term.
Recommendations welcome if you know a good brand.
