this anti-homeless New Zealand legislation will outlaw impeding someone entering a business, begging, rough sleeping, or displaying behaviour indicating an attempt to inhabit a public place, by people as young as fourteen years old. it's criminally cruel and this conservative coalition government should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
