Thanks to some big brass and copper jump rings and roll milled or stamped pieces I made 5 or 6 years ago, I was able to combine metal with lampwork beads. I'll have these at the "Mira! Las Cruces" festival, and bushels more new hot glass.

This necklace evokes some of the colors of the Southwest generally, and New Mexico in particular. Several different colors of opaque glass used here, with a dark turquoise peeking through the earthy red, orange and yellow tones. I made the central pendant resemble a sort of talisman.
