"After three decades, a final exhibition at the UK's National Glass Centre is looking like it will be its last"... there are more than 40,000 people signed up to a campaign hoping this will not be the case.

Puis vient la coupe… et soudain apparaît une image d’une précision presque absurde.

Loren Stump a poussé l’art de la murrine à un niveau vertigineux : des couches de verre savamment assemblées, puis tranchées pour révéler une véritable œuvre en section.
Et quand on apprend que chaque tranche se vendait 5 000 $ en 2014, on comprend que ce “pain de verre” n’était pas vraiment destiné au grille-pain. 😄
