Morning run

Before leaving Cumbria to return up North we got out for 12k, mainly road with a little bit of mucky tracks thrown in. A gorgeous morning, and the burn had come down, so the dug got a good wash. If he does not get a run before 2 hours in the car then all I can hear in the back of the car is a low level mumbling and grumbling for the whole trip.

Slightly miffed that my big changeset gets deferred behind smaller changes which will explicitly conflict with it, in a project which has chosen to have a rebase-heavy PR landing workflow. It feels like a choice that my time spent rebasing and re-testing my changeset is not valuable.

And the smaller changes didn’t come with unit tests.

What is it with companies and organizations sending 3-4 emails PER DAY around the holidays? Don't they realize that makes me want to unsubscribe and never buy from/donate to them ever again? Are there people who AREN'T annoyed by multiple emails per day?

I KNOW nobody of value will recieve my feedback here, but I'm annoyed.

~5.1 years ago; #Formula1 launched #F1 TV Pro, their online F1 streaming platform. Great! I can quit trying to pirate a race before it's spoiled and just watch live!

Fast forward; #Apple / #AppleTV has bought the rights to it (in the #USA). So I either have to VPN /Sign up with an account outside of the US, which is always sketch when it comes to payment. Nevermind whatever watching headaches this causes.

Or I now have to go buy AppleTV But I DO NOT WANT Apple TV. 🙄

Will it have the commentors I want? What about all the old races and content that F1 TV has spent 5 years uploading. What about the Telemetry used by the viewing app I am fond of?
