He paints #Democrats as subhuman vermin, almost on the same sublevel as immigrants. With the latest move of the regime, making it possible for #VA facilities to deny medical care to veterans based on #Democratic leanings, is actually way beyond chilling. In countries like #Hungary that the regime emulate, opposition political parties have been declared illegal. It feels to me like we’re heading in that direction. Lots of #MAGA supporters have hated #Democrats since long before his infamous escalator ride a decade ago. I remember epithets like evil baby killer being thrown around as far back as the 90s and probably even beyond that. When does this end? Or maybe more to the point, does this end? I do not want to wind up living in an authoritarian police state. #GodHelpUsAll

What is making so many of us freak out as of late is that what we are seeing in #politics right now is absolutely unprecedented. None of us have ever seen anything like this before, not even close. Many of us are, even now, trying to deal with it by falling back on what we know, what we’ve always known. He can’t do that, it’s illegal, he’ll be stopped, it will never happen, etc., etc. Thing is, he’s not being stopped, and all of it is happening. It’s a humungous shock to the system, and a lot of people can’t process it. Over the weekend the regime fired allof the most senior military staff, along with JAG’s. And our brilliant new secretary of defense said the quiet part out loud, stating they didn’t want any judges to be barriers to what they’re going to do. So, as I have said many times before, #BuckleUp and look for even more, really messed up, hair-on-fire things to happen. The immediate past Secretary of the Air Force recently wrote that #America is now a rogue nation, and from everything I’m seeing he’s 100% correct. #USPolitics #GodHelpUsAll
