As the World Trade Organization (WTO) prepares for its 14th Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé, Cameroon, this March, we must confront the troubling reality of its impact on global trade. Established to facilitate free trade, the #WTO has only intensified poverty and inequality worldwide. We are calling upon all our members and allies to organize mobilizations.

Free trade has historically been a tough sell to Canadians (with Libs and Cons trading sides on the issue several times over history) though we've come to accept it. So Trump being Trump is just playing into the hands of the Canadian anti-free traders.
