I've been reading up on the #DASHDiet. I lost 70 lbs on a #KetoDiet, but gained most of that back. My doctor never liked me being on #Keto anyways, and if you cheat on Keto it can really mess with you. #DASH looks a lot better. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I will talk to her about it then.
