My #train was delayed today because it apparently required a couple of #reboots and some TLC from an attending '#fitter' with #laptop. It's not hurting me much, just interesting to know.

Feeling a little disheartened at how unfit I am. Decided to do something about it - for my first #walk I chose a 1km fast(ish) paced one, and am now really sweaty and my legs feel like jelly when I stand up. It took fifteen minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES. That's all.

I worry I shall never get #fitter if I can only manage these tiny increments.

I know, we all have to start somewhere. I just feel pathetic right now.
