There are so many delicious flavours on this plate that I am still enjoying them after it's all (sadly) finished.
Crispy air fried garlicky parsnip chips, yogurt crusted spicy tofu, sweet potato plus the most excellent fava beans in (lots of) garlic and tahini. Cauliflower and kale sprinkled with nutritional yeast are a great light addition to round off the plate.
