Tesco's UK - help!

Edit: All fixed. It was apparently the fact that the time on my computer was Canadian time, which caused the glitch.

If anyone has any way of contact
ing Tesco's in the UK, I would love it if you could report to them that their online (website} delivery booking calendar is up the shute.

I'm in Canada and order grocery deliveries for my 95 year old disabled father-in-law in the UK. He lives alone and cannot leave his home. Without this grocery delivery he would be in trouble.

For the past few weeks their booking system has been one day out. So, in order to book a Sunday afternoon delivery, I had to watch carefully and book it for Saturday. This meant it would deliver on a Sunday.

Today, in order to get that Sunday delivery, the calendar is such that you have to choose Friday as delivery day. That way it actually books you in for Sunday's date. If you didn't know that this was happening, you would be caught totally unawares and not get your groceries on the day you needed them.

This is confusing to me, although I know to watch carefully for what the confirmation says and I change the day accordingly. This must lead to total chaos for those who aren't aware that this is happening!

I have no way of contacting Tesco's to tell them about this. Their contact seems to be telephone only. Surely I can't be the only person who is ordering online deliveries from Tesco's?

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. I can't imagine how, but I thought it was worth throwing out there to the Fediverse.
